Team Responsibilities

  • Primary daily contact for Fells Point
  • Provide direct oversight of all Clean, Green, and Safe services
  • Provide monthly reports on activities of all teams and status of issues reported
  • Develop weekly schedule for Clean, Green, and Safe program
  • Review and submit public infrastructure issues and concerns to appropriate city agencies and follows up until resolution

Safety Team

Wolf Security Officers:

Visible safety presence by 2 uniformed Wolf Security Officers
5 days a week (Wednesday – Sunday) / 10:00pm – 4:00am*

Waterfront Partnership:

Visible, uniformed safety presence 7 days a week
Sunday – Thursday: 9:30am – 10:00pm*
Friday – Saturday: 9:30am – 11:00pm*

 Safety Team Services

  • Uniformed Wolf Security Offiers will be present in the evenings to deter unwanted activity and apprehend/detain suspects when neccessary
  • Waterfront Partnership Safety Guides will patrol designated zones to assist visitors and merchants, as well as serve as a visible deterrent for unwanted activity
  • Waterfront Partnership Safety Guides are available to offer Safety Escorts
  • Waterfront Partnership Safety Guides will inform pedestrians of Fell’s Point attractions, shops and restaurants

Waterfront Partnership Clean Team

1st Shift: 6:30am – 3:00pm* | 2nd Shift: 11:30am – 8:00pm*

Clean Team Services

  • Broom and dustpan litter removal focused on trash, cigarette butts and debris in Broadway Plaza, Thames St. Park, on sidewalks and along curb lines
  • Graffiti and sticker removal from poles and buildings
  • Hand held Billy Goat vacuums to clean curb lines and cigarette butts from tree pits and planters
  • Pressure washing to wash sidewalks, storefronts, Broadway Plaza and Thames Street Park
  • Hand wiping of vertical surfaces i.e. trash receptacles, benches, lamp posts and doggie stations
  • Coordination of prompt trash removal by DPW {Solid Waste is a Bureau within Department of Public Works}

Waterfront Partnership Green Team

  • Green Team will remove weeds in the tree wells and sidewalk cracks
  • Green Team will prune trees as needed
  • Green Team will mow median strip of 500 Block of Broadway

Additional Services in Thames Street Park include:

  • Maintain grass, including mowing, edging and fertilizing with environmentally friendly products
