    Along Emmorton or McPhail Roads in BelAir, take the MTA # 410 Commuter Bus to Pratt Street and transfer to the Charm City Circulator Orange Route to Harbor East

    From BelAir-drive to Hickory, Fallston or Marywood P&R lot (free parking) to take the MTA # 411 Commuter Bus to Pratt Street and transfer to the CCC Orange Route to Harbor East

Charm City Circulator – Orange Route

Take this route from East to West Downtown Baltimore and back – this route runs East and West from Fells Point just past University of Maryland, Baltimore. Click here for a full map.

Schedule Service every 10 to 15 minutes
Monday through Thursday: 7am – 8pm
Friday: 7am – midnight
Saturday: 9am – midnight
Sunday: 9am – 8pm

Commuter Bus

MTA Commuter Bus Services from Bel Air, Havre de Grace, Aberdeen, Columbia and Jessup bring commuters to Baltimore. Services Monday-Friday generally peak periods. All routes serve downtown Baltimore where you can catch the free Charm City Circulator Orange Route on Pratt Street to finish your trip to Harbor East. Schedules and fares vary for each route.

Guaranteed Ride Home

Schedule: Please note that biking on the Promenade from the Rusty Scupper to Pier 4 is only allowed Monday through Saturday 6am to 10am and Sunday 6am to 11am. The Jones Fall Trail provides an easy alternative to navigating around the Inner Harbor at all other times.

Combine this route with walking for a completely free commute! The Purple Route runs North/South and extends from 33rd St. to Fort Ave. Head north on Light Street to stop number 302 and it’s a short 13 minute walk from the stop to Harbor East.

Schedule: Service every 10 to 15 minutes (Banner 15 to 20 minutes)
Monday – Thursday 7am to 8pm
Friday 7am to midnight

Sunday 9am to 8pm
